:) It will take MANY MANY messages for some girls. Plan an hour to send out 20-40 messages! Don't get discouraged if they say no. No just means "not right now." Offer to add them to your CBG, and move on to the next girl. :) You can mix it up by SENDING A VOICE MESSAGE! You can Type: "Hi, NAME!" And then shoot them a voice message via messenger to help it feel more personal.

1. BOOKING BLITZ: If you haven't attended a team booking blitz, jump in on the next one! It's a fast hour of booking that is SUPER motivating. You can always go back and do it after the fact, but nothing compares to 50 ladies all booking and encouraging each other! I get out of my comfort zone every time! 2. MESSAGE BIRTHDAY GIRLS: You can find all of your friend's upcoming birthdays by clicking on Events, and then looking in the right column where it says "Birthdays this Week." If you click on "All" it will show birthdays for the month. Family members can be especially receptive to this around their birthday if you want to tell them it's your way of treating them to something special! You can send a massage similar to this:
"Hi, (FRIEND)! You have a birthday coming up. Woohoo! What do you say to a super fun online birthday beauty bash!?! I’ll post my best makeup tips and tricks, and the best part is, you earn free makeup! I’ve got a couple of open dates, would love to put your name down! What do you think?"

3. OFFER A FUNDRAISER: Do you have friends you just know wouldn't want to throw a party? I have friends like that! So I asked them to throw a fundraiser! Those friends who always post photos from the local animal shelter? Fundraiser! Here is some sample wording:
"Hi, (FRIEND)! I am booking my Younique fundraisers for the month, and was wondering if you'd like to be a hostess for me! One of the great things about Younique is that I can give back! You can choose the cause, invite your friends, and then I do all the work. 100% of my commissions from the fundraiser will go to your cause, and then you will earn free makeup in exchange for being a hostess as a thank you! What do you think?

4. GET VISUAL: Send your girls a brief intro message, and then send a photo to get them hooked. You can make a simple virtual business card in a phone graphic app (with your photo holding some products, and then add your contact info). Then attach it to your message!
5. WHO IS ONLINE? Click over to the sidebar that shows who is online right now, and send them a message! I like to send something like this:
"I see that you’re online right now.:) I’m actually scheduling my beauty series for the month. They’re super fun and it’s a great way to learn about makeup, self-confidence, and even earn some free products. Is that something you’d be interested in?"

6. FIND YOUR CRUNCHY FRIENDS: Do you have friends who are into clean eating, cruelty-free products, and love all things natural? Tell them about Younique's AWESOME naturally-based, cruelty-free line! Ask them if you can share with their friends in a Beauty Bash, and then I send a photo.
7. BOOST A POST: This is not mandatory, but it can work for some women. If you have $10-$20 to invest in your business, post a photographic that has a photo of a collection and says "Who wants FREE makeup?" Then post that to a PAGE. You can set up a beauty page just for this purpose (I actually like to keep all my videos on a beauty page so that I can access and share them easily to parties without uploading). Post it with this wording (this has been tested to work), boost it with a 21-40 demographic, and follow up with any likes or comments that look legit:

8. PLAY UP THE NEW PRODUCTS: Share the catalog and get excited about the new products! Include a photo of you and a new BonBon, a simple message, and the link to the new catalog. Here is an example of what you can say:
"Hi, (FRIEND)! I'm really excited because Younique just launched some amazing NEW products! I would love to help you earn them for free! Take a look at the gorgeous new catalog—I'm in love! 9. GO FOR "NO." This one will seem different, but it's a cool way to mix it up. Set a limit on how many "No's" you are going to receive. You want 50 No's? Keep messaging until you get them! The best part is all the YES's you'll get along the way!
10. OFFER OPTIONS: Offer to throw a Girl on the Go series, a holiday bash, a Spring Soiree, you get the idea. Just renaming what you are sharing can make it feel new a fresh with your friends!
